Authentication
To enable Shield protection in your compilations, you need to associate it with your ByteHide account. This ensures synchronization and streamlines the process for you.
If you haven't obtained your PROJECT TOKEN yet, please retrieve it from the ByteHide panel before proceeding.
ByteHide Shield Visual Studio Extension
You can find the extension by clicking on the Build menu. From there you can activate and deactivate the use of the extension and access the configuration to be able to select the settings that your project needs.
To authenticate with ByteHide Shield, you need to log in with your Project Token. To do this, you must open the ByteHide Shield extension in Visual Studio and click on the Enable Shield
button.
After clicking on the Enable Shield
button, a window will open where you can enter your Project Token. Once you have entered your Project Token, click on the Save
button.
After saving your project token, you will be able to choose the protection level and protection type for your project.
